Job Title: B-Level Auto Technician

Working Conditions & Compensation:

• Full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Competitive pay, based on experience.
• Work is performed in a repair shop environment, with occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, and hazardous materials.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Training is required and will be provided by Automotive Blessings to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the role.

Job Summary:

Automotive Blessings is seeking a skilled and reliable B-Level Auto Technician to join our team. You will need a solid understanding of automotive repair and diagnostic procedures. As a B-Level Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using the proper tools and equipment.
• Conduct basic and intermediate repairs such as engine diagnostics, suspension work, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
• Replace worn or damaged parts like brakes, belts, spark plugs, filters, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and work completed.
• Work with senior technicians to address complex vehicle issues.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and prepared for delivery to customers.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and shop standards for quality and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining vehicle issues and recommended repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or associate degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair manuals.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in modern vehicles.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and tools (up to 50 lbs).
